Chelsey has based her nursing career around a simple promise: treat every patient with the same compassion and dignity she would want for her own family.
After six years in nursing and two years specializing in holistic and functional medicine, she has become an advocate for care that looks beyond symptoms to support the whole person. She specialized in ER, oncology, gastroenterology, and hospice care before finding her love for functional and integrative medicine. Chelsey blends clinical knowledge with a heart-led approach, designing personalized experiences that nurture wellness from the inside out.
When she’s not helping patients feel their best, she’s chasing joy with her energetic four-year-old son and her husband, and building a life rooted in health, balance, and a lot of love.
Training and partnerships
Chelsey is a licensed registered nurse with six years of nursing experience across emergency, oncology, gastroenterology and hospice care — the settings that shaped how she thinks about complex patients and unhurried time.
For the past two years she has specialized in holistic and functional medicine, and every infusion at Pure Vitality is administered by a licensed RN. We keep the door open to walk-ins and same-week appointments, because waiting six weeks to feel better isn’t care.
SOT IV and Dr. Clayton Bell MD
Chelsey is RGCC certified to administer SOT IV — a therapy prepared individually for each patient and used in support of chronic Lyme, chronic viral infections, and oncology care. She works in close collaboration with Dr. Clayton Bell MD, a Lyme disease specialist, who orders and oversees the therapy.
In practice that means SOT is administered here at the Hendersonville Road clinic rather than sending you elsewhere, with the specialty lab work, physician oversight, and follow-up coordinated between us. Because each course is prepared to order from your own sample, SOT begins with a consultation rather than a set price.
